Divine Creations Ministries is located on the TN/KY boarder at 1215 Pembroke Oak Grove Rd, Oak Grove KY.

Coming from the TN side - Travel down Tiny Town Road from either direction and turn at the Marathon Kangaroo gas station. Go one mile until you reach the KY boarder and the church will be on the right. 

From Interstate - 24 take exit 89 - Turn right coming from KY and Left coming from TN. Travel 5 miles down Pembroke Road crossing through a stop light and continue until you reach the TN boarder. The church will be on the left.
